Tonight’s tool from her Healing Toolbox
Essential Oils as Aromatherapy
Krissy shares that essential oils helped her feel grounded when she couldn’t do anything but sit in disbelief. They assisted in regulating her nervous system when she would spiral.
Step by step
- Place 3 drops in your hands, rub them together, and cup over your nose.
- Do 3 deep inhales and very slow exhales.
- Massage the remainder onto your heart and the back of your neck.
- Oils she lists for grief include Rose, Geranium, Console, Breathe, Peace, Serenity, Jasmine, Immortelle, Forgive, Deep Blue, and AromaTouch (use what you have; even slow breathing alone helps).

If you’re struggling right now
You do not have to fix the whole night. Soften your body first. These breath practices are from Krissy’s toolbox (Breathwork).
Physiological Sigh
For instant stress relief: inhale deeply through your nose, sip a second sharp burst at the top, then long slow sigh out the mouth. Repeat 2 or 3 times.
Box Breathing

4-7-8
