Tonight’s tool from her Healing Toolbox

Playlist to Process Emotions

Uplifting and processing music helped move emotion through Krissy’s body. Feeling fully—then allowing light—was part of how joy found room again.

Step by step

  1. Choose one song that either matches your emotion or gently lifts it.
  2. Listen 3–5 times. Let tears or gratitude come without forcing either.
  3. If anger is present, it is okay to use a separate “angry” playlist as she sometimes did—then return to God for peace.
  4. Afterward, jot one line: one joy you will allow today, however small.

You do not have to fix the whole night. Soften your body first. These breath practices are from Krissy’s toolbox (Breathwork).

For instant stress relief: inhale deeply through your nose, sip a second sharp burst at the top, then long slow sigh out the mouth. Repeat 2 or 3 times.

Box Breathing

4-7-8
